BOT is a model where a third party (Remvix) builds and operates a team or facility on your behalf, then transfers ownership to you at an agreed point.

Do I have to transfer, or can I stay on Remvix infrastructure?+

Transfer is optional. Most clients operate on Remvix infrastructure indefinitely. BOT simply gives you the option to transfer when ready.

When is the typical transfer point?+

12–24 months after the team is operational is most common. Earlier or later transfers are agreed at the outset.

What does Remvix help with during the transfer?+

Entity registration (Private Limited or Branch Office), statutory registrations (EPFO, ESIC, PT, Shop & Establishment), and employee novation with continuity of service.

What happens to employees during the transfer?+

Employees are novated to your Indian entity with continuity of service. No severance, no gap in employment, no disruption.

Who owns the IP during the build and operate phases?+

You do. IP assignment is to your company from day one, regardless of the employer of record.

How large a team can Remvix BOT?+

BOT engagements range from 5-person pods to 200+ person capability centers. Remvix has the infrastructure for both.

Can we BOT a specific function — like engineering only?+

Yes — single-function BOT (engineering, CX, finance) and multi-function BOT are both supported.

How much does Remvix charge during the operate phase?+

The standard monthly all-in rate per resource — no markup for BOT structure. The transfer itself has a one-time advisory fee.

Can we interview all candidates during the build phase?+

Yes — all hires during the build phase go through your standard interview process.
